What forms of payment do you accept?
We will take personal checks, visa, mastercard, or money orders. United
States currency only and checks draw on banks located in the US only,
please.
How long will it take me to get my order?
We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. We are a small
company and we do our best to keep inventory in stock, but sometimes we have
to make your stamps. If you call us we can give you an idea of how long you
may have to wait. We do not process credit card transactions until your
order is ready to ship.
Can we order your catalog?
Yes, either send us a check for $6.00 or give us a call with your credit
card. This will include our current catalog and any supplements available.
Our catalog can be downloaded in PDF format as well.
How much is shipping?
Shipping will vary, depending on the size of your order. We generally ship
USPS priority mail or UPS. Rates vary from $5.00-$8.50. These prices are for
orders shipped within the United States. Foreign orders will be shipped at
actual cost.
Do you have a store?
No, we do not. We design and manufacture our own line of stamps and that
keeps us pretty busy. That's why we “just” do mail order.
Are your stamps available unmounted?
Yes, they are! They are half the price of mounted stamps. Please be aware
that this is just the rubber--- untrimmed, no cushion, no wood.
Do you offer grab bags?
Yes, we do offer grab bags. These are offered just in the unmounted stamps.
We have two sizes with different amount of images in each bag. See the
accessory sheet for more information.
Are you An Angel company?
Yes, we are, though there are some restrictions. We allow you to reproduce
our images by means of hand stamping only. Our images are original creations
and are copyright protected. Please use our stamps to create cards for your
personal use and to sell to friends, co-workers, craft sales, school and
church fund raisers. Use our stamps as you would any art tool. Absolutely no
mechanical reproduction of our images is allowed.
Can we order here online?
No, our web site is not secure. We would appreciate it if you would look for
our stamps at your local retail store. If you are unable to find them there
please print out our order form and either mail it to us or call us on our
800 number.
